Independente Comporta consists of 12 ha of land where 30 courtyard villas are being built with a 40-key hotel at its heart

The villas will range from studios to 3-bedroom houses and the hotel rooms will essentially consist of double-rooms with private patios where 12 are adjoining and can be connected to create family rooms or master suites

Located in the heart of the property, Casão is a large events space, with an 8-meter-high ceiling and a lounge area that will aim to include all guests who visit us

With versatility at its heart, this area has the ideal characteristics for holding banquets, exhibitions, yoga classes and many other events

It also has an outdoor space of firepits with capacity for up to 35 prepared to offer you a cocktails, oysters and wine from when the sun starts to set and to the sound of music and laughter amongst friends, family and complete strangers

On the next-door building’s rooftop, our pool will have a side-kick pizza & grill with drinks and music to add to the mix
