Electronic Commercial Message Regulations and Data Privacy Notification
As Safaraq Travel Seyahat Turizm ve Organizasyon Limited Şirketi (“Safaraq”) we have prepared this document to provide you with information regarding the sending of commercial electronic messages, as well as the processing, storage, and transfer of your data following Electronic Communication Law No. 5809, Electronic Commerce Regulation Law No. 6563, and Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, along with related legislation.
Within this framework, your contact information, such as phone numbers and email addresses, that you have shared with us may be used for marketing communication purposes with your consent. This includes activities such as marketing communication, marketing process planning and execution, marketing analysis studies, service announcements, promotions, events, advertisements, and more. We will process commercial electronic messages based on the conditions outlined in Article 6 of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, and with your explicit consent as outlined in the first paragraph of Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law. These messages may be sent through channels for which you have given consent, including mobile applications, social media accounts, SMS, and email.
You have the right to withdraw your explicit consent at any time. If you choose to withdraw your consent for receiving electronic commercial messages, it will be considered as the revocation of your explicit consent.
Your data will be processed directly by Safaraq or by data processors, and it may be shared with Imtilak Group Companies, business partners, and suppliers of Safaraq to fulfil the specified purposes. Your data may also be processed by Safaraq’s service providers, whose servers may be located abroad, for storage and archiving, limited to these purposes and with your explicit consent. Such data may also be transferred abroad through servers located overseas.
You have the right to exercise your rights as outlined in the eleventh article of the Personal Data Protection Law, and you can submit your requests through the channels specified the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller."
