Tourists Increasingly Flocking to Turkey

Turkey's tourism sector is witnessing a high demand from domestic and foreign tourists, and experts expect foreign tourism to reach Turkey to increase by 20 percent.

Turkey received 32 million and 400,000 tourists, with total revenues from Turkey's tourism sector reaching $26 billion.

Meanwhile, the Turkish Minister of Culture and Tourism Numan Kurtulmus said Turkey aims to attract 36 million tourists, with revenues of up to $34 billion.

According to experts, tourists who have visited destinations other than Turkey have increased in numbers.

Turkey's domestic tourism grew by 15%, increasing by 10 million tourists.

Hotel prices are increasing by up to 30% due to early booking, which gives those wishing to spend a vacation in Turkey reasonable rates for accommodation and other tourist services.

Winter tourism has also developed in Turkey, particularly after the influx of ski enthusiasts and visitors to turkey's hot mineral water resorts, where ski resort bookings increased by nearly 50%, and tourists are expected to continue to take part in Turkish tourist facilities.
