By making a booking through Safaraq, you confirm the accuracy and validity of the information you provide. The company reserves the right to cancel any booking if misleading or incorrect information is detected.

3. Displayed Prices

Room costs are displayed based on the selected booking dates and number of guests (unless stated otherwise).

Safaraq displays the total price, including taxes and service fees, during the booking process.

Please note:

• Prices do not include any type of insurance.

• Bookings are generally for single, double, or triple rooms.

• Extra beds may incur additional charges unless otherwise noted.

• Properties may reject extra guests without prior notice.

4. Taxes

Some accommodations may charge extra taxes such as:

• Resort fees

• Accommodation taxes

• Service usage fees

These charges are collected directly at the property and are not included in the room price but are mentioned in the booking details.

Note: Tax types and rates vary by country/city and are subject to change without notice.

5. Additional Fees During Stay

Some hotels may charge additional fees during the stay, including:

• Electricity consumption

• Luggage handling

• Room service

• Safe usage

• Daily newspapers

• Telephone charges

• Internet service

• Mini-bar consumption

Safaraq is not responsible for these charges, which are paid directly at the hotel.

During peak seasons, mandatory gala dinner charges (e.g., New Year's Eve, Christmas, etc.) may be added and are not included in the room rate. These may be stated in the "Property Details" or paid directly on-site.

6. Mandatory Transportation

Some properties, especially in remote areas (e.g., the Maldives), may require special transportation that is added to the total room cost.

Safaraq is not responsible for organizing or providing transportation — this is the responsibility of the hotel or accommodation provider.

7. Cancellation & Booking Rejection

Safaraq reserves the right to cancel or reject any booking (even if confirmed) for legitimate reasons without needing to justify the decision, including:

• Breach of terms

• Property closure

• Obvious pricing errors

• Force majeure

• Legal or economic sanctions

• Suspected fraud

• False information provided

• Payment or credit card issues

• Abusive or inappropriate behavior

• Threats or harassment

If cancellation occurs after payment, the full amount will be refunded with no fees.

We may also block any user from accessing our site temporarily or permanently if they violate the terms and are not permitted to reaccess the platform under another name.

8. Pricing Errors

In case of a clear pricing error (where the displayed price is obviously incorrect), Safaraq has the right to cancel the booking without notice and refund the amount in full.

9. Privacy

Safaraq is committed to protecting customer data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and uses your data solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

10. Intellectual Property

All site content (texts, images, designs, logos) is the property of Safaraq and may not be reused or copied without prior written permission.

11. Modifications to Terms

Safaraq reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version becomes effective once published on the website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Safaraq operates. Any disputes will be resolved by local competent courts.

13. Credit Card Usage

Payment can be made using most credit and debit cards. You may include additional travelers under your booking on our website.

We accept cards issued from various countries but may restrict certain cards for security or regulatory reasons, meaning some may be blocked from use.

Debit cards must be enabled for online transactions by the issuing bank. If your card fails, contact your bank to activate it or request a card that supports online purchases.

Charges are deducted immediately upon booking, and a ticket or booking details will be sent to the email used during payment.

Important Note: Safaraq assumes no responsibility for any loss, unauthorized access, or damage resulting from your use of credit or debit card data on the website. You are solely responsible for your decision to proceed with the payment, even after being warned of potential risks.

We take all necessary steps to protect your data and encrypt your credit card and personal information during the online payment process.

14. Fraud Management

Safaraq reserves the right to cancel any booking showing signs of fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity. This includes bookings linked to your name, email, or account and may result in suspension or deletion of your account.

We may verify your credit card details if we suspect fraudulent activity and retain the right to pursue legal and civil actions, including financial compensation for damages, litigation costs, etc.

Safaraq is committed to maintaining a secure platform and verifying the authenticity of all transactions. If a transaction is found to be untrustworthy or invalid, we reserve the right to cancel it immediately, even before the travel date or check-in.

If a refundable booking is canceled in a way we deem "abusive," Safaraq reserves the right to deduct a 5% processing fee from the total amount before issuing the refund. The classification of "abusive behavior" is determined at Safaraq’s sole discretion.
